We are excited to share that since August 2025, Coleman Oil and CityServiceValcon have been working together as one integrated organization, and effective April 1, 2026, we are officially one combined company. This is a proud milestone for both teams, and for the communities we have the privilege of serving together. Both brands continue to operate under their own names, and your service and your account remain exactly as they are.

As of April 1st, we have a new portal for you to use. Getting set up is easy. Visit https://portal.colemanoil.com/account/ and select “Request Access” to complete your information. Once your request is received, our team will confirm when you are ready to log in.  Your pre-April 1st information is still available with your old login.
